Called to sacred medicine work but worried about the legality, or don’t know where to start? Or are you already on the journey but wondering how to establish your church?
>>> I SO know what that’s like because I was there too!
IF YOU'RE WHERE I WAS, YOU MIGHT BE ALSO FEELING…
➜ On fire to serve in this way, but you’re not sure about the law
➜ The market is oversaturated with people serving medicine irresponsibly
➜ Overwhelmed with everything you need to learn to do it right
➜ You procrastinate because the law is like a maze
➜ You yearn for a teacher because that’s the way it should be
I TOTALLY GET IT!
When I first started my church seven years ago, I had no idea where to start – I just felt God’s calling to serve. But the law and business structures seemed daunting, as did the task of building a community around the work.
WHAT I QUICKLY REALIZED WAS…
#1 A 501c3 NONPROFIT isn’t the only or most supportive legal structure for medicine work (an epiphany I would have paid thousands for) AND that most LAWYERS are completely unaware of all the options!
#2 You either BURN OUT trying to do everything uphill, OVER-GIVING while trying to learn everything yourself – or you RECEIVE certain pieces of the paradigm from someone who has already done all the work
#3 There’s an EASIER PATH to formally establish a church that not only PROTECTS you, but empowers you (and also - no financial reporting requirements to the IRS… yep! TAX-FREE!)
I do admit there’s a slight learning curve, but with the right guidance, a community of people doing the same work, and step-by-step blueprints of how to do it – you can establish your church, clarify your beliefs, and build your community, all while enjoying the process.

Establish your church with ease in a group container with others doing the same, and get everything you need to close the gap all in one place.
And with a trusted guide along the way, you won’t have to keep spinning your wheels seeking a solution, hobbling the information together from dozens of sources!
➜ Ground your church community in DIVINE LAW, protecting you and your people!
➜ Learn your RIGHTS so if you’re ever challenged you have peace of mind knowing exactly what to do.
➜ Practice your religious & spiritual beliefs in PEACE, without worry
➜ HONOR your calling with a strong and solid foundation.
➜ Take your rightful PLACE in the PSYCHEDELIC RENAISSANCE as the wave grows
➜ Close the loop on figuring out your FOUNDATION and move onto other things
➜ Do what you CAME into this world to do & do it well!

The class is held over 12 weeks and the church must be completed during this time, with no exceptions. After, the Alumni Program is an optional extension of community support on subscription basis. The format of the container is as follows:
✦ 1-hr Weekly Group Class held on Thursdays via Zoom
✦ Two 1-hr One-on-One Sessions per client
✦ Facebook Group for Open General Discussion
✦ Course Group Forum for All Students
✦ (Optional) Alumni Group for fellow church founders ongoing

A PMA, also known as a "private membership association" or "private ministerial association," is a type of organization that operates solely and entirely in the private domain of law, executed and protected through private contracts.
For a rough analogy, you can think of them as "social clubs" in that they operate outside of the jurisdiction of any public agency, entity, institution, or government and are regulated only by their own internal bylaws and agreements between the organization and their members.
PMAs can be secular or religious, and can take many forms from private educational associations (PEAs), private health associations (PHAs), and faith-based organizations under the PMA umbrella.
For our purposes, we set up what are called faith-based PMAs, also known as Private Ministerial Associations, Private Unincorporated Churches, or Private Ecclesiastical Research Societies, all under the classification of the term "PMA."
"PMA" is not an official or canonized term, and membership associations were historically called "voluntary associations" or "unincorporated associations." We use the term "PMA" for shorthand, and what we create is technically called a "private unincorporated church."
This 8-week course covers everything you need to know for a lawfully founded sacred medicine church. You learn the basics of pertinent law and the importance of contracts in the private domain, the relevant case history in the medicine realm, along with a lot of other essential information for a successful establishment.
You also get everything you need for a properly founded Private Church, including documents, membership agreement, and also assistance in setting up a bank account, as well as how to potentially navigate if you are challenged.
This course is designed for anyone who is passionate about founding their own sacred medicine church, and who desires a solution to its establishment that preserves one's privacy and sovereignty under God.
It is a best fit for those who want to STUDY, along with those who understand the pitfalls of incorporating as a 501(c)(3) public faith-based organization, who want to become empowered themselves about the law in this realm, and who are serious about walking this path with integrity.
Clementine Kruczynski is an autistic researcher and educator at the intersection between private & natural law and entheogenic use under religious liberty; this specific area is one of her most passionate special interests.
She has been actively community building full-time in Austin, TX since 2013, providing her with extensive experience on facilitating, cultivating, and nurturing organic communities from scratch.
With the calling to co-found a sacred medicine church in 2017, she began researching solutions to the legal questions facing the organization, and then stumbled across the private domain as the divinely-ordained answer. This autistic special interest struck her like a lightning bolt, leading to a voracious desire to learn everything she could!
After studying under a former Texas judge to learn more about formation of PMAs and the private domain, she then attained a mentor with extensive experience managing hundreds of millions in trusts & estate management to broaden her scope, including the basics of taxation, ecclesiastical trusts, lawful money, hybrid public-private organizations, and more.
What has come of this wild research trail is an extensive body of research that leaves her deeply desiring to share what she's learned with others. And so it is!
No matter the type of church you form, anyone practicing in the realm of plant medicines is inherently at risk as we are currently in a psychedelic renaissance and on the wild west frontier of the modern legalization (or decriminalization) movement.
This social, legal, and political gray area offers no one a resolute guarantee of anything whatsoever, and therefore no matter what route you take, there is always a risk in this domain – any church across the country or beyond could become that famous case that brings this before the courts and ushers in a new era in the story.
It is imperative that anyone who builds a church (of any structure) takes full responsibility for their choices, education, due diligence, and the risks as sovereign unto themselves.
That said, it is our belief that having any structure in place is a better practice than not having anything at all, and by operating in the private domain, you are awarded a plethora of protections and your innate rights are preserved, which becomes evident the more you research and understand it.
For good measure, we also like to inform our students that operating a PMA is not as easy as getting your docs and you're done. It's about learning the laws and requirements, including vulnerabilities and liabilities of PMAs –and your education IS your safety. Your church is only as safe as you are educated and confident in your sovereignty, enough to stand up for it in any capacity should you need to.
Further, the protections of the private domain are not absolute. You must honor Natural Law and your contracts, utilize private language consistently (avoid commercial activity and taxable events), prevent advertisement to the public and inferring the provision of any services that require licensure.
Furthermore, if you cause death or can be accused of inducing a "clear and present danger of substantive evil" or harm, your protections can be breached by government.
This is why the educational system is the crucial element - to know the law so you aren't accidentally giving away your powers, or conversely, so that you can defend your rights when you need to.
There are pros and cons to any route you take to form a church. But if you are a medicine carrier or practitioner, the benefits of establishing a private unincorporated church are many when compared with a typical 501(c)(3) incorporated church.
For example, if you file as a 501(c)(3) you lose a lot of your inherent rights to separation of church and state, as you are required to incorporate first, thus asking permission from the government to exist as a statutory entity. You thus voluntarily give up your right to full freedom of speech and have to file annually, plus submit to compliance with your bylaws or risk revocation of your status, among other pitfalls.
Over 200 years of case law, the Supreme Court has called the private domain a "sanctuary," "preserve," "constitutional shelter," and "domain set apart for free assembly," among other things – offering a protected arena of private business that preserves the innate rights of a living, breathing human being under God.
The benefits of setting up your medicine church in the private domain include:
- Intact rights to speak on any topic, publicly or otherwise
- Ability to engage in any type of methodology, healing modality, or religious practice privately (unless harm or death is caused)
- Enhanced and intact privacy in all areas
- Lack of requirement to file with any public or governmental agency whatsoever, including with the IRS
- Sovereign domain over your own church under God
- Ability to fully serve and execute God's vision for your community, with no restrictions other than care to not cause death or significant harm
- And more!
