Who is Clementine?

Clementine Kruczynski is an autistic researcher, educator, artist and community builder who tends toward the depths. Her gifts are many, but one of the most powerful ones is her ability to dive into any research topic she's interested in and make it easily accessible to any audience (close friends affectionately call it the "Clem Notes").

You may of course explore more about her below on whatever area may interest you!

Origin Story

Clementine's journey with sacred medicine churches and psychedelic law studies began in 2017 when she was called to co-found a church around her and her partner's medicinal practice – and because there were few examples to learn from, it was an uphill process for many years, thus inspiring her to simplify it for others.

Training & Mentorship

Once she learned that 501(c)(3) churches weren't the best option for medicine carriers by far (through the discovery of the private domain), she began passionately exploring other options and learning as much as she possibly could. It so excited her that she took courses on how to serve others in this way under a former Texas Judge, and then from there branched out with a different mentor to learn the financials, including lawful money, trust law, and so much more.

She is blessed to have ongoing mentorship with an anonymous advisor who works in private trusts and private organizations, and who operates an international organization involved in estate planning and asset protection with hundreds of clients and millions of dollars under protection. He is an expert in Contract & Trust Law, Lawful Money, formation of Private Associations and its equivalents, and the US Financial Sector, and he personally mentors Clementine as his protégé as well as personally backs her work.

Autism & "Special Interests"

When an autistic person discovers something that fascinates them, there is a unique neurological ability known as "hyperfocus," creating what's called a "special interest" in that person's experience that can't really be resisted or turned off. Through this unique ability, autistic people can often become experts beyond even the most advanced professionals in their field.

Clementine doesn't claim to have any kind of official licensure or law degrees, however her studies and mentorships, along with her autistic abilities which sends her on wild trails all the way back to ancient Roman civil law studies and medieval papal bulls and the belly of the IRS Tax code beast (for some examples), do give her a natural inclination and profound interest in this area, which helps save her clients a lot of time and effort. ;)

Stance on Psychedelics

Clementine has been actively exploring psychedelics for two decades, since she was 15 years old and in too small a town. It is her belief that entheogenic healing, while not a panacea nor appropriate for everyone, can offer profound opportunities for healing and advancement of a person's life journey, provided they come to that experience with the proper reverence, humility, and acceptance of whatever may come.

As a first-hand witness to the healing benefits (and even miracles on some occasions), and having served over 1000 people in profound transformational experiences over 6+ years, Clementine feels that the potential for nature's medicines to heal humanity is astronomical, which is in large part why she serves the mission in this way.

Why Churches?

It is Clementine's belief that sacred medicines were intended to be used with reverence, whether ceremonially, religiously, or for spiritual advancement of the soul. That, and both humans and the medicines themselves are creations of God, and as such should be subject only to Divine Law, rather than any manmade laws or governmental entities.

Establishing a sacred medicine church:

• provides a foundation for one's community and religious practice,

• offers a clear mode of operation in the private domain under contract law between the church and its members, and

• positions one's practices and community with God as the authority, which offers autonomy, sovereignty, and containment.

It is Clementine's personal belief that God wishes the medicine communities to get more organized, foundationally secure, and connected so that the mission can be better supported overall. That, and that these churches are spiritual beings that wish to come through human teams in order to provide access back to the sacred Temples, as humanity once centered their communities and societies around.
